Established in 1978, the corporation is a full service, general practice law firm with areas of particular emphasis in real property law and real estate litigation, condominium law, commercial litigation, commercial collections, banking law, construction law, insurance, surety and fidelity law, family law, personal injury litigation, corporate representation, estate planning and probate law.
As of 2021, the law firm consists of five shareholder/director attorneys, three associate attorneys, and one attorney of counsel to the firm. Members of the law firm conduct an active practice before all State and County boards and regulatory bodies and are licensed to appear in the State and Federal Courts in Hawaii, the United States Tax Court, the United States Custom Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
The firm is able to provide services throughout the 50th state. As an island state, the firm encourages its attorneys to participate in the community's social, cultural and political affairs as a means of creating and supporting a better life for its citizens.
