Founded in 1979, Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC provides experienced, efficient, and effective legal representation to a wide variety of clients in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and beyond. Kristen M. D'Angelo is the Office Administrator for Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC.
Ms. D'Angelo provides general day-to-day management of the firm's administration and personnel, and oversees human resources, finances, facilities, IT and general office operations.
Ms. D'Angelo works closely with the firm's partners to ensure that the office is aligned with BBS&G's goals and objectives.
Ms. D'Angelo joined the firm in 2005 as a Legal Assistant, and was promoted to Office Administrator in 2015.
Mr. Bregman has maintained a law practice for over forty years that focuses on real estate and business transactions; mediation and arbitration; civil litigation; and receiverships, trusts, and estates.
In his real estate practice, Mr. Bregman represents buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, property owners, management companies, contractors, landlords, and tenants through all stages of acquisition, disposition, financing, construction, due diligence, leasing, and management.
His practice includes the representation of clients in transactions related to all types of commercial real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use properties, and hotels, as well as unimproved land.
