W. Roger Kampf founded KSA in 1985.
Prior to KSA, Roger worked for over 17 years as supervisor and senior adjuster of workers' compensation and personal injury cases for Aetna Casualty & Surety.
During this 17 years Roger developed a keen knowledge of medical malpractice and products liability cases by investigating, and helping Attorneys prepare for trial and assisting them during trial in Asbestosis, Birth Control Pills, IUD's and Medical Malpractice cases as well as the usual automobile collisions and slip and falls.
Prior to KSA, Roger worked for over 17 years as supervisor and senior adjuster of workers' compensation and personal injury cases for Aetna Casualty & Surety.
During this 17 years Roger developed a keen knowledge of medical malpractice and products liability cases by investigating, and helping Attorneys prepare for trial and assisting them during trial in Asbestosis, Birth Control Pills, IUD's and Medical Malpractice cases as well as the usual automobile collisions and slip and falls.

He has been General Counsel for a Property-Casualty Insurer.

Mr. Dearth was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 1983.
His practice focused on oil and gas law.
He represented oil companies in Administrative Law hearings before the Oil and Gas Division of the Corporation Commission, State of Oklahoma.
He has been General Counsel for a Property-Casualty Insurer.

Andrew attended Cal Poly Pomona where he graduated with honors, receiving a degree in Computer Information Systems in 1995.
After many years working in the software field, he proceed to University of La Verne College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2011.
He was admitted to the California Bar the same year.
Andrew Kim has over six years of experience representing injured workers before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board.
Andrew also provides counsel and representation for claimants for Social Security Disability before the Social Security Administration.
