Mr. Watt earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1973.
He did his undergraduate work at Southern Methodist University where he received a Bachelor's in Business Administration in 1969.
A lifelong learner, Mr. Watt received a Master's Degree in Jewish Studies in 2005 from the Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies in Chicago.
