The Moak Law Firm
Walter E. "Pete" Moak has dedicated many years to helping people who have experienced financial burden. Now he has given his expert advice on how life can be better after bankruptcy. The vast majority of American families are hard working and pay their bills. However, a larger than usual number of households are drastically over extended and are buried in debt.

For many of us the debt was a consequence of circumstances beyond our control. Whatever the circumstances, at The Moak Law Firm, we understand such circumstances and are committed to providing real solutions. It is for this reason, our Arizona bankruptcy attorneys vigorously work with families to provide them with effective legal counsel in resolving their debt issues.

Walter E. "Pete" Moak has been practicing law for over 40 years and has been in Arizona since 1977. Part of his winning formula is taking the time to really listen to and understand exactly what is going on in his client's lives and to build a relationship with them based on trust.
