Manages marketing, intake of new case matters, accounts receivable, and daily firm procedures.
Also, keeps a wholistic outlook on all cases with bi-monthly audits and strategy meetings to ensure matters are being efficiently managed by all team members and are cost-effective to the clients.
Assists the lawyers and clients with their estate/ trust litigation and probate case matters by drafting and e-filing pleadings and scheduling all court events.
