If you or a loved one have been injured in an accident, the attorney you choose is important. You want an attorney with the skill and experience to vigorously protect your rights and the dedication to give your claim for compensation the time and attention it requires. At Libbey Law Offices, LLC, skill and responsiveness are at the core of what we do.

Our two-attorney firm has more than 40 years of combined experience in helping injured people pursue compensation after car crashes, falls, and other accidents. Our attorneys handle select personal injury cases and limited appellate matters. According to the Alaska Statutes section.09.10.070, the statute of limitations for personal injury cases in Alaska is two years.

This means that you have two years from the date of your injury to file a claim or you will lose your opportunity to recover compensation for your suffering. It is best to file your personal injury claim as soon as possible. Call our firm today if you have any questions about how the statute of limitations might affect your case.

Tourists, fishermen, and people with business interests in Alaska also frequently rely on airplanes to travel to their destinations.
While advances in aviation technology have improved the safety of small airplanes, travel by small plane still has its dangers.
To complicate things further, many aviation accidents are caused by pilot errors, mechanic errors, and airline errors.
Tragically, aviation errors frequently cause serious or fatal injuries to passengers.
Bicycle accidents often lead to major injuries for riders.
Bicycles do not offer the protections that motor vehicles do, which means riders are more likely to be harmed in a crash.
If the injury was caused by another person's negligence, a personal injury lawsuit may help you recover financial compensation.
An Anchorage bicycle accident lawyer could work with you to file a lawsuit and construct an argument for the recovery of damages.
Bicyclists ride for many reasons, such as for recreation, commuting to work, or, in some situations, as part of their job.
Boating accidents can be costly to treat and cause prolonged suffering for any person who was injured.
They often involve significant property damage and have a higher-than-normal risk of accidental death.
If you were recently harmed in this type of situation, a knowledgeable personal injury attorney stands ready to hold the relevant parties accountable on your behalf.
If you sustained serious injuries while engaging in water recreation activities, an Anchorage boat accident lawyer could assist you in seeking the compensation you deserve so that this accident does not place an undue financial burden on you.
