Lindsay N. Hearn is a fully licensed attorney with the Oklahoma Bar Association. She is an associate with Foshee & Yaffe law firm. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Lindsay is passionate about helping the underserved and those without a voice. Assisting the disabled, children, immigrants, and widows is her calling and she uses her legal career to fulfill that calling.

As a foster and adoptive mother, with experience around the world, and fluent in French and Haitian Creole, Lindsay strives to fight for children without families who do not have a voice. Lindsay practices in Oklahoma, serves clients nationwide in Immigration and Social Security matters, and works hand in hand with various attorneys and courts in Haiti.
