Garrett Beach graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Psychology.
In 2016, Garrett graduated from Baylor Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in estate planning.
Garrett's primary areas of practice include elder law, estate planning, Medicaid, Wills, trusts, probate, business formation, nonprofit formation, and guardianships.

Allison Goertz Harkins graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Fashion Merchandising and Textiles.
In 2009, Allison graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she earned her J.D. with certificates in Civil Law and International Law.
While at Loyola, she was a member of the Pepperdine Entertainment Law Moot Court Team and the Loyola Maritime Law Journal.
Allison also completed the Loyola Study Abroad program in Vienna, Austria.
Mark Hobbs is a Founding Partner of the Firm.
His primary areas of practice include estate planning, elder law, wills, trusts, probate, guardianship, business succession planning, and other matters involving family wealth planning and management.
His elder law practice includes assisting clients in the development of a comprehensive plan which maximizes the potential for eligible government benefits, including VA Aid & Attendance as well as Medicaid.
He also regularly advises nonprofit organizations in the formation, operation, and governance of tax-exempt entities.
Ryan Johnson is a founding partner of Johnson Hobbs Squires.
He has broad experience representing businesses and individuals on commercial and business transactions, litigation and arbitration as well as product liability matters.
Ryan has successfully prosecuted claims involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, merger and acquisition agreements, violations of non-competition agreements, trademark and trade-secret disputes, employment discrimination disputes, product liability, securities claims and inverse condemnation.
