In the early 90's, property tax attorneys, Messrs Sleggs, Danzinger and Gill practiced law together in a small boutique law firm focusing on national, state and local tax issues with an emphasis on assisting Ohio taxpayers in their attempts to lower real property tax obligations.
In 1995, the three attorneys commenced separate careers, but each maintaining a focus on national, state and local taxation issues.
Mr. Sleggs commenced his private firm, Todd W. Sleggs & Associates, where he exclusively represented taxpayers in all of Ohio's eighty-eight counties while gaining statewide recognition as an industry leader.

The Tax Commissioner requires a visual inspection every six years under R.C. 5715.33, and every three years the values are updated (R.C. 715.24).
Each period allows for one appeal of the real estate value to be filed and prosecuted.
