With the addition of new partners Michael Spalding and Carol A. Salvagione, the firm earned its namesake of today.

He has broad based skills in all phases of arbitration, mediation, and litigation primarily focusing on business and commercial litigation, public entity defense, personal injury, and legal malpractice.

Originally from Orange County, Charlie moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to attend the University of California at Berkeley where he graduated with a double major in Economics and Legal Studies.
He then worked as an analyst in the energy industry and drafted state and international building codes and standards.
Charlie attended law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and was on law review.
Charlie enjoys training for and competing in triathlons.
