David's practice consists of defending employers in claims brought under the Alabama Workers' Compensation Act, claims of wrongful termination and other employment issues.
He also devotes a significant amount of his caseload to representing parties involved in commercial litigation.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Birmingham-Southern College and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to the beach and following Alabama football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
