Law Offices Of DuPont & Blumenstiel
Greg doubles as an estate planning attorney and Braden earned a Master's degree in clinical psychology. As attorneys, we are well-suited to protect your pocketbook and present you effectively in the courtroom. We assist estate planning clients around the Central Ohio area and personal injury victims across the state. Additionally, we now represent victims of vaccine injuries throughout the country.

We can help you determine which area of law you need help with and get you in touch with an expert attorney in that area. Your attorney will talk with you about your legal needs and create an action plan, giving you peace of mind that the matter will be taken care of. If you are interested in estate planning, our team will prepare those documents for you, so you can have the satisfaction of knowing that your wishes will be carried out.

If you have a litigation case, our team will take the next necessary steps so you can focus on recovering. Greg and his entire team helped us to create our will, trust and general estate work.

After I first graduated from law school, estate planning was my initial focus.
As a former accounting major, the detailed financial component was a perfect fit.
Beyond that, I was able to counsel my clients, help solve their problems, and serve their needs - everything I originally set out to do.
I became an attorney knowing that it was a useful trade, and I seemed to be fulfilling my duty just fine.
It wasn't until years later that I realized I could do more, provide more, be more.
Back in my early years, I was working on a case that involved a trust dispute.
No one expected I would become an attorney.
I earned my master's in clinical psychology and began a doctoral program in the same subject before realizing that I should become a lawyer.
Let me explain.
The mind fascinates me.
It always has.
So, when pressed to select a field of study, of course, I chose psychology.
Later, I realized that the only practical application of psychology which interested me was research, and really, that would not affect the world at large.
I would simply be writing academic journals for the pleasure of other psychologists, and I thought, "What's the purpose of understanding psychological theories if they don't impact real lives?"
I decided to become a lawyer, specifically within the estate planning and probate administration practice areas, because as a child I had a parent pass away and experienced first-hand how great of an impact an attorney can have, whether that be positive or negative.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job at DuPont & Blumenstiel is helping people administer probate estates.
People come to us during one of the toughest parts of their lives, after they have lost a family member or close loved one.
I'm the client experience officer here at DuPont & Blumenstiel.
I'm involved in all aspects of the estate planning process from your first meeting with the attorney to the final signing of the documents.
I'm happy to help all our clients through this process, which can be scary and intimidating at times.
We make the estate planning process as painless and easy as possible.
Before starting here, I actually worked in mostly payroll, HR, accounting and client engagement positions in a variety of different companies.
