Our firm's unique communication system guarantees you won't play phone tag when you call us. And our policy of transparency means we share all documents and keep you updated on your case's status, so you aren't left in the dark. If you or someone you love has sustained an injury in any of these types of accidents caused by negligence, contact the personal injury team at Bressman Law to find out how we can help you get compensation.

If negligence caused your accident, you can hold the at-fault party liable for bills, losses, and other damages. We can help. If negligence caused your loved one's death, we hold the liable party responsible for your family's losses.
Services
At Bressman Law, I primarily focus on one aspect of the law: Personal Injury.
My father has built this practice on this philosophy: "We are willing to take your case to trial while other attorneys may merely settle your case."
I embody that same mentality.
If you want an attorney who will go toe-to-toe with the opposition, I am your attorney.
Before Bressman Law, I worked for the Honorable Judge Frederick D. Nelson on the 10th District Court of Appeals of Ohio as a Judicial Staff Attorney.
Mainly, I assisted the Judge in his authoring of opinions by reviewing the record and precedent.
