Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Florida Business School, with high honors in 1976, with a degree in accounting.
He subsequently obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1979.
Also in 1979, Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Florida Law School with honors.
In 1981, Mr. Chase obtained a Masters Degree in Tax Law from New York University.
