It is owned and operated by Fred C. Lovejoy who graduated cum laude and in the top six percent of his law school class in 1986.
He now has over 33 years of experience successfully advising and representing clients throughout the State of Michigan in a wide variety of areas of the law.
Fred C. Lovejoy graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1986, cum laude - and in the top 6 percent of his class.
His undergraduate degree was obtained in Political Science/Pre-Law from the University of New Hampshire in 1978.
Mr. Lovejoy is licensed as an attorney in Michigan and New Hampshire and is authorized to practice law in all of the State and Federal Courts within the State of Michigan.
He is or has been a member of the Criminal, Family Law and Civil Litigation sections of the bar.
Since 1986, Mr. Lovejoy has been involved in representing businesses, small and large, in many complex contract, business and tort related litigation cases, as well as representing clients with significant purchase/sale transactions, employment and discrimination cases, bank finance, mortgage and commercial lease and related litigation matters, as well as contested estate matters to have a Will or a Trust set aside or upheld.
Mr. Lovejoy is extremely intelligent and possesses excellent legal analytical skills as well as excellent litigation and negotiation abilities.
Since Mr. Lovejoy first started practicing law in 1986, he has been involved in representing many companies, large and small, in court battles with great success.
