Kelley & Canterbury
You may be enjoying your morning commute when, in the blink of an eye, you're on the way to the hospital because of a "car accident." The fact of the matter is that most auto accidents are caused by driver negligence. With no airbag or seat belt to protect motorcyclists, the damage can be extensive. When you're injured from a truck accident, damages and injuries can be even more severe.

Our attorneys have handled auto accidents effectively and compassionately since our law firm began. We will take over your case and give you more time to focus on the most important thing: your recovery. When an impaired driver causes a car collision, the aftermath is devastating. With the legalization of marijuana and our opioid crisis, drunk drivers are not the only impaired drivers on our roads.

If you've been injured by an impaired driver, you're facing overwhelming obstacles. You are now forced to pay costly medical bills, and you may be out of work until you recover. We don't want you to go through this experience alone.

After you've been involved in an accident and suffered an injury, your focus should be on healing, rehabilitation, and getting back to your life.
The last thing you want to worry about is the complicated and stressful maze of medical bills, insurance company paperwork, and lost time from work-not to mention the person that hurt you.
Unfortunately, you might be dealing with just that.
Insurers and bill collectors may be harassing you, pressuring you to pay bills that you can't, admit to fault, or sign an unfair settlement.
What is personal injury anyway?
This blanket term can often cause confusion about what a "personal injury" really is and whether it constitutes legal action on the part of the injured party.
If you trip and bang your knee on the floor at work because a co-worker left some boxes laying around, that is technically a personal injury but-depending on the severity of the damage done to your knee-it's not likely an incident where a personal injury suit would be filed.
However, serious injuries from car and motorcycle accidents are the kinds of injuries that might leave you completely debilitated and drained emotionally and financially.
