Andrew M. Thaler is the founding member of Thaler Law Firm PLLC, having more than 30 years of experience as a bankruptcy and insolvency practitioner in New York at Thaler Law Firm, Thaler Gertler LLP (1997-2013), and as head of the bankruptcy department at Goldman Horowitz & Cherno.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Thaler has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York since 1990.
