In 2008, Nik graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law.
While at Gonzaga, Nik was recognized with awards for the highest grade amongst his peers in Trial Advocacy, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Legal Research and Writing, Corporations, Administrative Law, and Employment Discrimination.
Nik's practice involves complex civil litigation serving business clients in commercial disputes, as well as individuals with traumatic brain injuries, insurance claims, on-the-job injuries, spinal cord injuries, and product liability claims.

With nearly 20 years of experience working with residential properties on risk management, operations, tax credit compliance, fair housing issues, lease violations, and unlawful detainers, Jessica works exclusively on property management and residential landlord-tenant matters handled at our law firm.
Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science Pre-Law from Washington State University.
She also obtained an accounting and business certificate from Eastern Washington University.
In addition, Jessica has undergone training in tax credit and bond requirements through the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission.

Ericka was born and raised in Republic, Washington.
She moved to Spokane to attend Spokane Community College to obtain her paralegal degree.
Throughout her time at Spokane Community College she maintained her place on the President's Honor Roll for her outstanding academics.
Ericka graduated with her Associate in Applied Science Paralegal Degree in August of 2019.
