The Moore Law Firm PC was begun by Theresa Moore, an experienced civil and probate litigator, in 2005 to focus on trust and probate litigation, but also to advise fiduciaries in estate and trust administration. We represent beneficiaries, devisees, heirs, fiduciaries, creditors - anyone who may have rights and interests in or are otherwise affected by probate or trust proceedings.

We have successfully represented beneficiaries to protect their rights, to support and defend fiduciary actions, and to resolve property disputes in the probate realm.
Services
Theresa M. Moore, a native of Colorado, is an experienced legal advisor and trial attorney representing individuals and entities in a variety of trust, probate, business, and personal matters.
Ms. Moore also provides consultations to trust and estate attorneys and planners in the area of probate and trust procedure and litigation.
In addition to her regular appearances in courts of general jurisdiction, Ms. Moore appears in courts of special jurisdiction, such as the Denver Probate Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, on behalf of personal representatives, trustees, individuals, and businesses at trial and on appeal.
When families need guidance following the death of a loved one, we have the experience to help.
We have helped clients ensure that their loved ones intent is honored, that their rights are respected, or that those in positions of trust properly perform their duties to beneficiaries and to creditors of a probate or trust estate.
We have relationships with accountants, tax attorneys and other professionals to ensure that the necessary expertise is used to solve problems that routinely arise in probate matters, and those that are not so common.
Litigation in estate and trust cases is wide-ranging.
We have successfully represented parties in will contests, common law spouse and surviving spouse disputes, fiduciary surcharge and breach of duty cases, real property conflicts arising in estate and trust matters, and will or trust construction/interpretation litigation.
Guardianships and Conservatorships exist to protect minors, differently abled persons or those with diminished capacity, but present a variety of challenges.
We are here to help families meet those challenges, ensure that protective orders are appropriately entered, and that guardianships and conservatorships affecting our clients are managed properly.
