Prior to beginning his legal career, Kyle was an enlisted member, officer and pilot in the United States Army.
Following law school he served as a member of the United States Air Force JAG Corps in Washington D.C., and while stationed there also taught trial advocacy at The George Washington University Law School.
Kyle retired from military service in 2004 and operated his own law practice in Spokane Valley until joining Stamper Rubens in 2011.
Kyle served as a long-time Board member and President of Camp STIX Diabetes Programs, and is active Rotarian currently serving as the President of the Greater Spokane Valley Rotary Club.

While attending law school at Seattle University, Casey was an associate editor of the Seattle University Law Review and worked for a local nonprofit providing employment and training opportunities to individuals recently released from prison or jail.
