Unless otherwise indicated, morning slots begin at 9:00 am and afternoon slots begin at 1:30 pm and each slot has a 4-hour duration. You may also reserve a full day. Your selection is confirmed when you recieve a confirmation email with an Agreement to Mediate attached.

What is mediation?
Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process whereby a mediator helps the parties to reach a settlement that is agreeable to both parties.
The mediator does not function as a judge or an arbitrator and has no power or authority to make decisions on behalf of the parties, nor to issue orders.
