Ian is a native Floridian, born and raised in St. Petersburg.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science and Master's degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida, Ian worked as an internal business consultant for The Procter & Gamble Distributing Company.
Ian returned to the University of Florida, entering the Levin College of Law in the fall of 1997.
Richard has practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 2004, representing debtors, creditors, and bankruptcy trustees.
Beyond representing his various clients with bankruptcy related issues, Richard also serves on the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
Outside the courtroom, Richard devotes most of his time to helping raise his three children and, for reasons not known at the time of publication, apologizing to his wife.
Often overheard commenting that he has "spotted all the exits and is ready to drop off the grid so help me God, " it's generally understood that Richard could use a vacation.
Anne is a native of Mobile, Alabama, and has since lived in several cities across the U.S., as well as in Toronto, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires.
She received a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University and graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2011.
Law is a second career for Anne, having previously worked for Delta Airlines in customer service, management, and marketing.
From 2012 - 2014 she practiced in the fields of immigration and elder law in Brevard County, Florida, and continues to focus on elder law since joining LeavenLaw.
Philip is a Senior Associate Attorney at LeavenLaw and is dedicated to serving accident victims, consumer and insureds throughout the state of Florida.
Philip is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa Bay, where he graduated from Tampa Jesuit High School in 2003.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business and Master's in International Business from the University of Florida, Philip returned to Tampa Bay where he attended Stetson University College of Law.
While attending Stetson University College of Law, Philip worked as the teaching and research assistant for the Professors of Contracts, Commercial Transactions, Leases & Licenses, Torts, and Law Practice Management.
