Here, at Brown & Associates, we understand your needs and make sure you are comfortable. Our attorneys have the experience necessary to help clients in many areas of the law including bankruptcies, family law issues, buying and selling real estate, preparing wills and estate plans and the probating of estates. David was born in Trinidad, W.I. -- the southernmost island in the Caribbean and the land of the steel drum, calypso, limbo, and, according to many, the best Carnival in the world.

He has lived in the United States for over 30 years. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Howard University in Washington, D.C., and is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Maryland. David has over 25 years of wide-ranging experience providing legal representation in real estate matters, including extensive experience in residential loan issues.

For the last decade, David's practice has expanded to include estate planning and business organization which go hand in hand, as well as consumer and business bankruptcy.
Services
Our office is located at Cambridge Plaza at Watermark - 2450 S. Gilbert Road, Suite 200, in Chandler.
We are south of the 202 San Tan Freeway.
From Gilbert Road (heading south) turn west onto Ryan Road and then take the first right into the complex.
Go straight towards the water fountain and park on the back side of the building where you will enter the building.
We are located on the second floor across from the elevator.
At Brown & Associates, we will assess your situation to determine the best way to protect your assets for your family.
Regardless of how old you are, an estate plan is important.
Even more so if you have young children.
With proper planning, you will ensure that your estate is distributed the way you want and your healthcare wishes are honored - why leave it in the hands of strangers.
Every situation is unique and we are here to help you navigate through all of the options to protect your family.
The need for federal laws governing bankruptcy have been part of our reality since the first federal bankruptcy act in 1800.
The modern law of the 2005 Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA) is the bankruptcy law of our time.
Our current bankruptcy laws are still in line with our American values to obtain a fresh start when we have financial distress, and to protect us from losing the assets that we need for that fresh start.
If you need to save your home from foreclosure, your car from being repossessed, stop law suits, garnishments, tax levies, harassing phone calls and threating letters, we can assist you with a free 30-minute bankruptcy consultation to determine if you are eligible for bankruptcy, and which bankruptcy chapter will help you best achieve that fresh start to get you back on track to achieving your financial goals.
Our Law office has extensive experience defending both criminal and civil traffic violations.
Often times, individuals who are charged with traffic offenses accept the fines and consequences of the violation.
Many do not realize they can do something to counter these charges.
We work hard to minimize the serious consequences of traffic violations.
We will address your charges effectively and efficiently.
To be found guilty of this offense, you have to know or should have known that your license was suspended.
Arizona is serious about DUI and has some of the strictest penalties in the country.
Not only must you address the criminal charges in court, your license will be automatically suspended if you do not take action and request an MVD Hearing, which is separate from the DUI charge itself.
All aspects of the situation must be dealt with professionally and without delay.
Your first offense, if convicted, will result in jail time (for up to six months), fines and surcharges (not including jail costs), as well as loss of your driver's license for a minimum of 90 days.
