Jim Hatch began his career as an attorney in 1980 after graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law.
In 1991, Jim started his own practice, Hatch Law Office.
While Jim's early career involved litigating complex family law matters and contentious criminal cases, he became a full-time mediator and arbitrator in 2007.
Jim mediates cases involving divorce, legal separation, child support, spousal support, allocation of debts and assets, pension and retirement division, parenting plan disputes, business disputes, real estate disputes and contract disputes.
